Pedigree
Sandy is an imported Hanoverian mare bred by Silvia and Dr Bernd Johannsen of Varrel Germany. Varrel is in Lower Saxony of which its capital is Hanover.
Sandy was the Supreme Champion Led Warmblood exhibit at the Warmblood Gala Day in Sydney July 2008.
She has been a prolific breeder of wonderful dressage horses including Don De Sandro, multiple Grand Prix winner and Champion of Champions winner at Dressage with the Stars.
In 2012 Don De-Sandro won the Elementary Horse of the Year and was listed on the NSW state development squad. He has successfully represented NSW at State and National Championships and in 2011 he was Australian National Novice Champion.
